Saudi Oger completed the state of the art academic and administration buildings of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Thuwal. This was inaugurated on the 23rd of September 2009 by the custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ben Abdulaziz, in the presence of more than 40 heads of state.
Currently, Saudi Oger is developing Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University for Women to the north of Riyadh. The campus development will accommodate 40,000 female students. Saudi Oger is executing ‘package one’ of the project, which consists of a series of colleges, schools, administrative buildings, housing facilities, a medical research center and a hospital, in addition to multiple support facilities spread across the campus; with an approximate built-up area of 1,000,000 m2.
Other ongoing developments include the first phase of King Abdullah Road in Riyadh, Jabal Omar Project in Makkah and two towers in King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.
